Meditation

waves
and dreams
all around me
they whizz
with no thought
no goal
just dreams
they silently drift
to a land of peace
serene and calm
wow
I feel like a blob of jelly
nothing
is everything
I let go
I am not stiff
with life's troubles and worries
I am not brought down
I stand hard like a rock
yet loose
I am free flowing
like the wind
I go wherever the voice takes me
I follow the colors of the sky
the stars and moon
the sun's rays
the shadow's gloom
I reach the peak
the starlit peak
the highest peak
the brightest peak
of light
I consume the golden rejuvenation
I sit down in calmness
I am in MEDITATION
